Project Plume publishes English translations of women’s writing in a seasonal anthology. We seek to promote literature that dazzles and refreshes perspectives.

Project Plume’s pilot print anthology presents a wide-ranging and diverse showcase of Czech writing talent that remains underrepresented in the international sphere, from the most commercially successful novelists to underground poets being translated into English for the first time.
We’re delighted to finally be able to announce the shortlist of writers and translators in Issue Zero

ISSUE ZERO will feature contemporary stories, essays and poems by women writers translated from Czech into English alongside artwork on the theme of UTOPIA.
